Durban Area

Durban Beaches

The "Golden Mile" is well known as the six kilometre coastal region that stretches from Addington Beach to the Country Club Beach. The Snake Park and Bay of Plenty beaches are known to offer some of the best waves on the coast.
Along this beach area, there are changing rooms and numerous restaurants. Stop and take a look at the benches and showering facilities - most of these items were supplied by our members and are made from Grade 316 stainless steel.

Botanical Gardens

Established in 1849, the Botanical Gardens has a herb garden, indigenous and exotic flora, a collection of rare cycads and a wonderful orchard house. There is also a tea garden to enjoy and relax during your meandering. 031 304 4642
