Filtration
is required in numerous food and liquid processing lines.
We supply products to filter most of these requirements:
cartridge housings, filter cartridges, bag filters, and
strainers.
Cartridge
housings are available in a range of materials and configurations,
to suit flow and application requirements. Single and
duplex systems are available.
Multiple
cartridge vessels have swing bolts and spring loaded seal
assemblies to facilitate quick and simple cartridge replacement.
Connections
are screwed or flanged, positioned according to cutomer
requiremnets. Pressure differential connections monitor
dirt build up.
Certified
coded vessels are available.
Filter
Cartridges
Resin bonded Acrylic fibre cartridges.
Progressive
compaction depth cartridges compatable with a wide range
of products, including acid and alkaline solutions. Ideally
suited to applications requiring a high degree of polish.
Micron
rating of 2 - 100.
Wound
Cartridges.
Similar to
the above, these units have a micron rating of ,2 - 100.
Activated
Carbon Cartridges.
These units
remove odour, colour and taste from potable water.
Scintered
& Mesh Cartridges.
Suitable
for high temperatures, high pressure differential and
excessively corrosive applications.
Bag
Filters
Bag
filters are fabricated from 3CR12 and stainless steel.
All units are fitted with stainless steel perforated plate
retainer baskets.
Single
length, double length, 3 bag, 4 bag and 7 bag housings
are standard.
Lid
lifting gear is standard on all multiple bag filters.
